Oval trays are a necessity in busy restaurants and banquet environments where plated food must be moved quickly and effectively.   Having an ample supply of trays is critical, however these trays are bulky & heavy, especially when stacked.   The Oval Tray Cart was designed especially for this purpose.   They roll with ease and can stack up to 140 trays on a single cart.  They are also slanted to allow for drainage when storing.
